Edit New app, works lots better and more use friendly. Just needs a dark mode. Great content but such a basic app. Lacks the imagery and design of the print version and costs the same. Wanted digital to save paper and clutter, but the print experience is far better value. Desperately needs a dark mode for android.

Terrible app. Uses a font with thin letter strokes that makes it a headache reading long articles on phone screens - I find it harder to read than any other news/magazine app - and the text resizing options are useless since they jump in massive, impractical increments.

Just taken out a digital subscription, but I'm disappointed in the app, for two reasons. One, it gives access only to the print content, not to important digital-only extra articles. Two, unlike the website, there's no search box, so I can't search for an article, based on knowing the title or author. It might be a handy way to read the latest issue. For anything else, I prefer the website.
