Great app. Easy to use. I filled in the diary one week every month and received rewards for my participation. Such a shame that Ipsos are changing to Encompass who want to know what you do every minute of the day, insist you have your phone on you at all times, don't want you to charge it during the day (even though it drains your battery.) I'd have been happy to continue with Radio diary but not on the new scam app

The same issue everyone else has had. I see they've added a "password reset" feature, but it's not recognizing the email address (the same email address that they've contacted me to remind me about the diary...)

Installed to take part in a survey on radio use which turned out to be just a way that IPSO could pester me with market research phone calls. The app is useless. Once I'd set up the diary, every time I went to sign in it rejected my saved password. I tried resetting it but it still rejected it. I emailed the help center and got sent a request to change the password. Back into the cycle of refusing passwords. Rubbish! Stuff the survey and the £5 gift card. Scam and waste of time.

It's a good app when it works. There seems to be no way to reset a password if it decides your password is incorrect. Having just been asked to check and submit my diary I'm unable to complete the request as it's refusing to accept my password.
