I will say game is fun my only issue is it gets hard to pass certain stages fairly quick I have bought a few packages so far

You should start merging servers/war zone like 49,50 into one or merging 32 and 33 into 31 I'm on I played on 49 I liked some of the set-up, and I like some of the set-up on 31 be nice if a server/war zone had both setups like trade boats Vanguard and could upgrade gear sorting goods requests

I get 200 crystals for leaving a 5-star review. Know this is a city builder not a survival game. It's very much pay to win and also know you can get to around level 7 before the game slows. Unless your pay after that you are stuck slowly city building to get back to the action.

This game is awesome. I just started playing a few days ago and there is a lot to do. There is a great chance of getting new characters. Like ssr characters. Need an easygoing game. This one is for you.

Save your time! The game has very little events and the events repeat weekly. There is a small story to start the game but no continuation or seasonal additions. New heroes are added weekly behind pay walls. The first 30 servers are different from servers up to server 50. And servers past that are different too. The developers will not apply updates to old servers, will not respond to feedback through the customer support AI agent, Wendy, and do not care about the players.

I have been attempting to have their customer support team respond more than a month and only met with their AI messenger. At all costs do not spend money on this game. They will pull support from their servers without any warning. In doing so, bugs are not fixed, competitions are dropped, and no remediation. The game becomes tedious after 2 weeks, and just not worth keeping it due to lack of other players.
