I get 200 crystals for leaving a 5-star review. Know this is a city builder not a survival game. It's very much pay to win and also know you can get to around level 7 before the game slows. Unless your pay after that you are stuck slowly city building to get back to the action.

You should start merging servers/war zone like 49,50 into one or merging 32 and 33 into 31 I'm on I played on 49 I liked some of the set-up, and I like some of the set-up on 31 be nice if a server/war zone had both setups like trade boats Vanguard and could upgrade gear sorting goods requests

Overall awesome game. Props: ☆ Fun gameplay and content ☆ JUST like the ads ☆ Aesthetic character designs ☆ Smooth and appealing graphics ☆ Kind of unique idea for this generally copy+paste genre of build n' battle game Needs: ¤ More game modes like mini-games ¤ More characters and fighter types ¤ A bit more maintenance as some functions like purchases crash as soon as you try to pay ¤ More proofreading as the dialogue barely matches the text. ¤ Some kind of incorporation of ocean life.

I have been attempting to have their customer support team respond more than a month and only met with their AI messenger. At all costs do not spend money on this game. They will pull support from their servers without any warning. In doing so, bugs are not fixed, competitions are dropped, and no remediation. The game becomes tedious after 2 weeks, and just not worth keeping it due to lack of other players.

Another game in which requires you to join an alliance, spend a bunch of money. NOTHING in the ads mentioned this. UNINSTALLED

After 2 months of repeatedly being ignored by customer service, I have uninstalled the game (probably to the relief of the developers). The sound controls have been broken for months, rampant bugs remain ignored, competitions have been dropped, no new developments as they prioritize new maps. Do not invest time or money in this game as they will forget any level of support and leave you to the AI. Repeated follow-ups do not work, no human interaction despite my attempts. Such a Waste!
