Lots of options for CDs and HSA accounts. I've been using Raisin for a few years now and appreciate its ease of use. I see a lot of negative reviews for people that either don't understand what APY means, or are having phone issues unrelated to the app. Raisin has a desktop site available as well.

Even if it takes two steps on the backend to move funds between accounts it should be implemented to be one step for the user. Also, there are things that should be implemented such as changing your funding bank account through the app and adding multiple funding/withdrawal accounts. I still use it, but it needs improvement to be competitive.

I really like the idea of this app, put you in touch with all these major financial groups and allows you to find the best interest rate around. What I would really appreciate with them though, is if they adopted an immediate transfer, much like how I see cash app work. This would be where when I submit a transfer to them even if I got to pay a dollar, that it moves immediately. However right now if I do it on Thursday at 6:00 I don't get the transfer until Monday or Tuesday.

Skeezy third party app that allows you to create accounts and transfer in money day-of, but imposes artificial slow ages on transferring your money out of these accounts. It took 2 full business days to get my money out. On top of this they claim they are unable to close your account citing a law that they say requires banks to keep accounting information for up to 6 years. But this is NOT a bank and banks will allow you to close your account. Instead, Raisin says they can only "suspend" your account

Was automatically signed out. I know my password but it doesn't work. I tried to reset it but Raisin sends an email saying that you need to contact an administrator to have it reset. So I email them, and they just send me the reset password link which then results in the same email back. I have been through this loop 3 times. I contacted Okta about this (their security provider) and have not heard back. This app is annoying, you can't deposit from other accounts or get your money out
