C’est en 1937 que l’histoire du Glacier Raugi débute avec Aladino qui, avec ses frères et sa soeur se forment à la confection de glaces pour venir compléter l’offre de leur père qui fabriquait et vendait alors castagnacci (beignets à la farine de châtaigne) et tartes aux pois chiches depuis le quartier du Vieux-Port.

Et depuis, l’amour de la qualité et du savoir-faire sont restés des constantes. Nous travaillons des produits sélectionnés avec soin que nous transformons dans notre laboratoire en plein coeur de Bastia, pour donner naissance à des desserts glacés gourmands. Des parfums les plus classiques à des recettes créatives imaginées par notre équipe de maître glaciers, dégustez un cornet ou une coupe glacée avec le même plaisir que nous avons à les confectionner.

Véritable institution bastiaise, notre glacier-pizzeria Raugi est un lieu chaleureux où se rencontrent la tradition et la modernité.
