I am amazed by the ease of using this app. It makes the use of shared washing machines and clothes driers a dazzle free experience. Thank you... The only issue I have is that I have to enter laundry room ID and login every time I use the app. It would be convenient if I can stay logged-in on my mobile phone.

This app has got to be one of the worst designed apps I have ever used. Every time I open the app it asks me to leave a review on my recent washer/dryer session, and it does not stop asking for a review even after reviewing all sessions. There are language settings, but there is no memory of your selected language, so every time you open the app it is still in French and you have to re-select your preferred language. Every time you open the app you have to confirm that yes, still the same.

The software display incorrectly the state of washing machines. It kept showing the machine was occupied while in fact it was empty. On the other hand, after be able to use the washing machine, me and everybody in the building were always impossible to use ANY machine since the payment notified error.

Right when I open the app, I can't tap on the field to fill in the ID and if after a lot of attempts I select the field, the keyboard does not open. Overall very slow to respond to taps as well
