On my Samsung phone I can't access to dotation management or virtual cards info, while on my iphone I can, which means android app doesn't take as much interest as the ios one.

Forced NFC requirement ruins a great app. The recent updates requiring NFC to use this app is completely unnecessary and tone-deaf. In Morocco, budget smartphones dominate the market, phone brands frequently ship standard versions here without any NFC hardware. By forcing this requirement, you are locking roughly 30% to 45% of Moroccan users out of their own bank accounts. Please make NFC optional instead of required in the android manifest of the Simple, Simple One, and Attijari Mobile apps.

The app is not production ready. It crashes during account creation, every time. To be specific: it crashes whenever it tries to display an error message. Enter a badly formatted email, and instead of showing a validation error, the app dies. That means the error handling path was never tested once. Wouldn't surprise me if this was vibe coded and shipped without a code review.

The worst terrible app ever, it doesn't allow me to log in, that is since the new update from Lbankalik app to simple, I log in with my password, but every time I try to scan my national ID, it shows errors even after many updates with app, I have been trying to access my account for months now, but I can't, I called your customer service, but it was worse, this is the most useless app ever, you guys can't even fix the bugs with your app
