This app feels like it was made because someone saw Revolut and thought, "Moroccans just need an online bank." That's not the problem. The real issue is that basic banking in Morocco is still expensive. Why am I paying around 17 DH just to send money to someone? Why can't I invest in international ETFs like the S&P 500 or Nasdaq directly? Instead of solving real financial problems, this app is just another basic banking app with a nicer interface. Calling it innovative is a joke.

This app bugs the time I want to complete the verification steps. I have repeted that several times, and it won't work. Developers of this app should really release an update to fix the bugs

Great design, terrible user experience. I encountered 3 critical bugs in 3 days. I was immediately locked out of my new account due to a "device not trusted" loop, and customer support failed to call me back twice, forcing me to visit a physical branch to fix it. Now, I can't even issue a virtual card because the electronic signature OTP never arrives. The app is beautiful and feature-rich, but completely useless if basic functions don't work. Two stars until these bugs are fixed.
