The app is completely broken after updating to the latest version. Every time I try to open it, a black screen appears for a second and the app crashes immediately. I have already tried reinstalling the app multiple times and restarting my phone, but the issue persists, making it impossible to access my bank account. Please investigate and fix this issue as soon as possible.

Forced NFC requirement ruins a great app. The recent updates requiring NFC to use this app is completely unnecessary and tone-deaf. In Morocco, budget smartphones dominate the market, phone brands frequently ship standard versions here without any NFC hardware. By forcing this requirement, you are locking roughly 30% to 45% of Moroccan users out of their own bank accounts. Please make NFC optional instead of required in the android manifest of the Simple, Simple One, and Attijari Mobile apps.
