Great app, but payment notifications need more details. Please show the merchant website/platform, country/city, payment type and other available transaction details. This would help customers quickly identify fraudulent card payments and know where their card details were used. A very important security feature!

I’m having an issue with my virtual card. When I try to manage it, the only available option is “Sup primer la carte.” The options “Configurer la carte” and “Modifier mes plafond” are unavailable, so I’m unable to properly use or manage the card. Please fix this issue.

The bank is so trash to the fact that I was double charged I made a purchase, and it was deducted from my account normally and after a month I've got a message telling me I was charged again for the same purchase whyy

After completing all the account creation steps & Despite receiving an SMS stating that my contract was ready, clicking Sign in the Simple app leads to a white damanesign page saying documents to sign: 0 so I need to sign a contract, but it never appears when I log into the app. Repeated attempts to get this fixed have failed, and the technical team's lack of response is deeply disappointing. The app team was unhelpful, although the phone support staff were very friendly. Truly disappointed 😞
