I can't access my account after the update from the old "Lanka lik" app because it asks me to scan my ID and when I do, an error shows and blocks me from continuing.

The name and the logo changed without any notifications? I deleted it because I thought its useless app now I'm having problem to connect with my account are you even real? Second thing I can't enter my full username I got I notif that the creds are wrong and the big prob is I have the money in my savings account now I can't even use them can you explain?? How can I get my account back asap ??????????
