Raves & Rants

Bringing accountability to customer service one transaction at a time and every transaction at once.

RAVES & RANTS is the ultimate platform for companies to use to collect post purchase feedback. As a consumer, that means RAVES & RANTS is the ultimate platform for you to share you post purchase opinions with the companies you patron and know that your opinion matters.

Complete all post purchase customer satisfaction surveys here!

Ever had a bad customer experience but found it even more frustrating to access the survey to leave your opinion?

What about having a bad experience and becoming even more infuriated when you try to tell the company about it?

This has lead most of society to rating sites like Yelp and Google. With these, many of the ratings are from staff and from jilted customers who purchased nothing. This leads to at least 30% of ratings on these sites being fake.

Once you make a purchase, RAVES & RANTS makes it super duper easy for you to share your opinion…
* No need for you to hold on to the unnecessarily long receipt.
* No need for you to share your contact information during every transaction…

The RAVES & RANTS platform delivers your post purchase surveys and rating opportunities directly to the app once you complete a transaction at a client. Once you complete the survey, you receive the promotion in app and redeem it at your leisure.

Our ratings system helps you hold companies more accountable for the service they give more than ever before and guarantees that your opinion matters, each and every time. And with RAVES & RANTS, no matter the type of feedback you give, you always receive a reward for sharing.

Once RAVES & RANTS fully launches, all of these features and more will be available to you for free. For our soft launch, we offer our users the opportunity to rate their service to help build our database. All you have to do is take a pic of your receipt, enter the company into our database if it is not already there, and rate. Each time you rate, you receive points that you can apply to receive gift cards from some of America’s biggest retailers.

There are plenty of rewards programs, platforms, and apps that reward you for purchasing. Raves & Rants is a reward program, platform, and app that rewards you for sharing your customer experiences with the ones who value it most, the ones who created it. Consumers want to share their experiences and companies want them to.

Until now, there had not been a sufficient platform to cater to both consumer and company.

RAVES & RANTS is that platform.
