This app is not for accessing your account. You must download the Rave Financial app for that. This is for video chatting with a person as if you walked into the credit union. Use it to do anything you can do in the credit union from the comfort of wherever you are right now. Amazing technology and it works great!

Really love the convenience of using this app to apply for loans. Used a few times and was easy to use and has loan done and money in the bank all the while sitting on the porcelain throne at work.

This app makes absolutely no sense. First off it won't verify my email. Which is the same email I've been using. Why must I talk to an agent anyway just to see how much money I have in the bank? Would love it to give it negative seven Stars.--

Why can you not just keep the mobil login. How am I suppost to just look at my account. Every couple of months y'all roll out a new ideal that takes away any real info. Like looking at my actual acount info. I don't know to mayne look for fraudulent charges... If I want to speak to someone I will call. Or request video chat. Need account access.
