I was with a bank, not to mention there name, but they were terrible. THEY didn't care what you were going through and had no compassion whatsoever. With Rave if I have a problem or concern you will listen without cutting me off and will either fix the problem or find someone capable of doing so, and that's greatly appreciated. I know sometimes you cannot fix a problem and that is understandable. Rave seems to help you the same way no matter how much you have in your bank. Very compassionate.

The app has become garbage. It fails to load, fails to identify me after password reset, says my password is wrong when it isn't...just constantly fails at everything. Their website isn't any better as it does the same garbage.

The worst app ive ever used for banking. I can't even set up direct deposits because I can't even view my account number without calling help or going into the bank. I don't think ill be banking here anymore.

Having to change my password every six months to a new password not already used makes this app suck.

It's kind of hard to keep up with finances when the app and website doesn't display pending charges. Plus it takes an ungodly amount of time for charges to clear.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
