Rawa.World

Hi. I'm Valerii, an independent developer.

I started running at 38. Before that, the only sport I did was chess. My first marathon took 5 hours 40 minutes. Now I finished one in 2:35.

That didn't happen by accident. It happened because I'm a developer, and I analyzed everything. Spreadsheets. Python scripts. Every app I could find. I kept stitching tools together trying to understand what was working. Eventually I stopped patching and started building.

That's RAWA.

ONE APP TO SPORT THEM ALL

This app is my soul in code. Every sport I've wanted to track, every metric I've wished existed, every insight I couldn't find elsewhere — it's in here. Run, ride, swim, cross-country ski, Hyrox, strength, paddle, climb. Whatever your sport is, it's probably in there.

And if you do triathlon, RAWA treats it as one connected activity — swim → T1 → bike → T2 → run — with stats across every segment, transitions included. Because transitions count.

YOUR ATHLETIC LIFE, ALL OF IT

Training is just part of the picture. RAWA tracks everything that shapes your performance:

• Activities: GPS recording or auto-sync from Garmin — pace, power, heart rate zones, power curves, elevation
• Progress: personal records, training load, VO₂ max, race time predictions
• Recovery: sleep, HRV, Body Battery — because how you rest is how you perform
• Health: daily metrics, stress, readiness score
• Nutrition: fuel your training, not just log it
• Race rituals: pre- and post-race routines that make the difference on the day

MEET ARNI

Arni is an AI coach that doesn't wait to be asked — it watches your training, spots patterns, and tells you what matters before you even think to check. It knows your goals, your recovery, your history, and it nudges you in the right direction: rest today, push tomorrow, your race is 6 weeks out and here's what needs to happen. Like a coach who's always watching, always thinking, always in your corner.

YOUR PEOPLE

The ones who get up at 5am for a long run. Who count rest days as workouts. Who know what a negative split feels like. They're in RAWA. Follow them, share your sessions, give kudos, join clubs, take on challenges.

Coaches: assign structured workouts to your athletes. They sync straight to Garmin.

This is not a VC-backed product with a growth team. It's an app I built because I needed it, shipped because I thought others might too, and keep improving because I still train with it every day. Next goal: 2:29. I'm using RAWA to get there.

One app to sport them all.
