Reachable

Reachable is a SIP softphone for VoIP calls with your own number, on Android and iPhone. Your phone rings for incoming calls, also on your lock screen and when the app is closed. Push notifications are included, with no subscription and no ads.

Rings, even when locked
Our server in the EU stays signed in at your provider for you. When someone calls your number, it wakes your phone with a push notification and you see the call full screen, just like a normal phone call. Also after a restart, on Wi-Fi and on mobile data. The call itself goes straight between your phone and your provider.

See that it works
The Ring always shows whether you can be reached: in the app, in your quick settings tile and in the widget on your home screen. The test shows right away whether your provider signed you in, and if not, why, in plain words, for example because your provider rejects your password. Every missed call says why it was missed.

Set up in a minute
Pick your provider, or enter your SIP account: username, password and server. Reachable works as a sip client with SIP providers that give you your SIP details, and with your own phone system, over UDP, TCP or TLS. Up to four accounts, and one account can ring on several phones at once. The Phone check helps you set your phone's battery settings right.

Calls the way you know them
Keypad, recent calls, favorites and your contacts. During a call: mute, speaker, Bluetooth and your car, and hold. Transfer a call, straight away or after a quick word first, and make three-way calls. HD sound when your provider supports it, with echo cancellation, and encrypted calls (TLS and SRTP) when your provider offers them. Your voicemail in one tap, with the number of new messages when your provider sends it. Tap a phone number anywhere and you can call it with Reachable.

Call recording
Record a call with one tap. While you record, a red dot and the time stay on screen. Recordings stay on your phone, outside your backup, and are removed after 90 days. In some countries the other person must agree first.

Protection from costly numbers
See whether a number is from abroad, premium rate or hidden. Calling back a costly or suspicious number? The app asks you first. Block the numbers you choose and, if you like, refuse hidden numbers; a blocked caller does not make your phone ring.

Privacy
Your password stays on your phone. Our server only gets an encrypted sign-in key that works only at your provider. Recordings and your recent calls stay on your phone. No ads, no tracking, no account with us.

Good to know
You need a SIP account with a VoIP provider. Your number and your call credit stay with your provider; Reachable does not sell call minutes. Always call emergency numbers such as 911 with the regular Phone app; Reachable sends them there for you.

Free, with no ads and no subscription. Made by A Brand New Company.

Recent changes:
New in 1.1: pick your provider from a list, the app fills in the server and settings and you only add your number and password. Your consent first, before our server signs in on your behalf. After a call that woke the closed app you can call out again at once. Internal numbers of your provider no longer show as foreign numbers. A phone system on your own network is called directly.
