We've been using the programs for years, and they are very well-structured and thought through. The kids find them entertaining and have learned a lot. One little thing they find frustrating, though, is that when they try to swap duplicate cards in the Reading Eggs press program, they often can't get a new one because they've already got all the ones on offer (even though not having all that many altogether). That is a little demotivating and seems like something that could easily be changed.

Began very well and was impressed. After a week or two the app kept freezing, restarting and being buggy. Paid for first month subscription incase the bugs were down to my L. O getting through the levels too quickly for a free trial. The problems persisted, and now she loses lives and boxes fill for clicking the correct answer meaning she's repeating the same thing over and over until I force restart. Not worth £1 a month, let a lone £10 a month! Subscription cancelled.

Videos are not playing, and there are multiple issues with the games. My child has earned eggs to play games, but the games do not load. Instead, the eggs disappear as they are used to playing but nothing comes up on the screen or the cards for example will not flip over. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app and ensured it is up-to-date, but several bugs persist in this version. Can you suggest ways to help resolve these issues and recover the eggs? My child is quite upset.

I have dyslexia and this did not help it at all it just expects you to know these things, and it is not friendly to users what have dyslexia. If you don't know what dyslexia it is a learning disability what affects reading and writing, but there is a type of dyslexia what affects math.
