This is my first time hearing of and using this app, but so far I'm impressed by the vetting process. Once I really start using the full functionalities of the app, I can rest easy knowing that the person in the pictures is who I'm actually interacting with. The subscription is a bit pricey, but hopefully that will keep away some of the foolishness we've all seen on other free or lower cost apps. With RBL, if one person pays for a subscription, someone who doesn't have one can contact them.

UPDATE : After paying for a premium membership, I regret it immensely. The app is not designed we and has glitches when trying to actually open or delete messages. For accounts to be "approved" there were quite a few with no bios, poor picture quality or a lack of pics. Please update this app!! So far I am already liking the stringent approval process. No catfishing and lack of a simple bio allowed over here! I am hopeful that I actually come across a meaningful connection via this app!

I made an account with RBL and was under pending approval. I went to log back on this morning and my password did not work. I requested a password reset, but never got a response. So I went to double-check my email address and now it's saying my email is invalid? I have emailed support, but haven't got a response yet. I find it quite odd as it seems I was maybe banned, but I pretty sure my profile didn't violate any policies. Is it because I am not black? Just checking?

They expect you to pay before you are even given a chance to see who is available on their site. Not the way I want to find a way to date.

Not worth it in my opinion since you have to pay to interact with people and to see who is interested in you. I don't need a relationship bad enough to pay just to possibly meet someone. If you need one that bad, it may work for you though.
