[Spanish] REAL+DIGITAL (Registro Electrónico de Armas y Licencias) es una aplicación diseñada para facilitar el acceso de los usuarios inscritos y con licencias, así como de ciudadanos sin licencia que deseen realizar trámites relacionados con la gestión de armas donde los usuarios pueden acceder a todas las funciones del portal web desde cualquier dispositivo móvil.
Características Principales:
La App ofrece servicios para dos tipos de usuarios: •Ciudadanos Con Licencias. •Ciudadanos Sin licencias.
Esta App permite a estos usuarios:
• Administrar sus datos demográficos. • Administrar Citas. • Llevar un registro de visitas y gestiones realizadas. • Listar armas legales en poder y municiones. • Visualizar Licencias Digitalmente.
Cómo Funciona: • Para Ciudadanos con Licencia: pueden acceder a la app ingresando su número de licencia, PIN, últimos cuatro dígitos del seguro social y año de nacimiento. Al completar esto pueden registrar su correo electrónico, recuperar su PIN, validar su identidad y confirmar su nuevo PIN. Después de aceptar los términos y condiciones, los usuarios serán dirigidos a la página principal de la aplicación.
• Para Ciudadanos sin Licencia: pueden utilizar la app para gestionar citas relacionadas con la obtención de licencias de armas. Deben completar información personal, seleccionar el tipo de licencia y el propósito de la cita, y proporcionar detalles de contacto y dirección. Los usuarios pueden elegir el área de comandancia y el turno de su cita, ya sea manualmente o automáticamente, y guardar la información.
[English] REAL+DIGITAL (Electronic Registry of Weapons and Licenses) is an application designed to facilitate access for registered users with licenses, as well as citizens without a license who wish to carry out procedures related to the management of firearms. Users can access all the functions of the web portal from any mobile device.
Key Features:
The app offers services for two types of users:
• Citizens With Licenses • Citizens Without Licenses
This app allows these users to:
• Manage their demographic information. • Manage appointments. • Keep a record of visits and transactions made. • List legal firearms and ammunition in their possession. • View their licenses digitally.
How It Works:
• For Citizens With a License: They can access the app by entering their license number, PIN, the last four digits of their social security number, and year of birth. Once completed, they can register their email, recover their PIN, validate their identity, and confirm their new PIN. After accepting the terms and conditions, users will be directed to the app's main page.
• For Citizens Without a License: They can use the app to manage appointments related to obtaining firearms licenses. They must complete personal information, select the type of license and the purpose of the appointment, and provide contact and address details. Users can choose the command area and the time slot of their appointment, either manually or automatically, and save the information.
