I'm just a customer. If you're like Tracey (read her comment), try uninstalling app, reinstall and when it asks about app info and permissions / notifications, go to storage and clear cache and data. You'll be asked to log back in, and you should see the points screen again. Might not be your latest points, but it's still points! Worked for me. If it does work, Tracey, add a like.

This app is amazing. Lets me know when the van is on its way special offers etc. For those saying it doesn't work. Just remember when you first get it to go to your coffee van you use and scan the QR code to collect points to register your stop. Cannot fault it.

Does not work on android/google. I can get my loyalty points but notifications and deals do not show up at all. I will note though the coffee and smoothies are very good

Added the wrong stop, and now I get notifications about the can arriving elsewhere but not my stop. Can't seem to change or add it. My local van used the loyalty thing for a few weeks and then stopped doing it
