Why don't you just build one yourself and see if the government would charge you for the property tax or not? And see how much you would pay. This app may be having Chinese ads. If you don't like, you don't need to download it. Whoever says the app is racist, that person is being racist.

A lot of agents pretend to be owners or just pretend like they are the listing agent, fishing for clients when they don't have any listings themselves.

Great app but has too many small issues. When you get a notification of a sale or a change of price, and you click on it 99% of the time it doesn't open. Also, when the advertisement pops up and there is the 5 seconds countdown to skip, it gets stuck on 1 and if you hit skip it takes you to home page rather than intended page. Fix these issues and this app is a 5star.

Decent app with potential but even though I selected English as language there was still a lot of Chinese that I couldn't read. Also showed that only 2 properties sold in all of Alberta and eastern bc in the last 3 months
