Seems that every update that is rolled out causes the app to experience a critical failure when trying to launch. The only workaround is to uninstall and reinstall the app, this is now the third time this has happened. Same feedback occurring in other reviews. To the developer - don't ask for an email to your support inbox, would it be a crazy idea to test your updates before rolling them out when this has been an identified issue for months? Actively looking for better alternatives.

I guess its called "streamlining" but hella reduced features compared to web making it quite useless honestly. Better off keeping your desktop on and remote in from your phone to access the web version. Web version even more clunky but at least can be used.

Ironically, the app has made my job harder rather than saving me time. It's slow to respond to inputs. You will click something then 3-10 seconds later it responds. Irritating when you're checking people in at opens. It's inconsistent when searching something such as a property or contact. I'll put in an address, but it will search for it only in contacts. When putting in a phone number the app just decides not to show an existing contact even though it's in the CRM. I could go on....

The CRM on the computer is brilliant but the app is terrible loads like a 95 Microsoft program and freezes regularly. Also does not have an offline mode while signing clients into property. Better off printing a call sheet old school and logging the calls when you're at the computer.
