SEARCH OFFICIAL SOURCES
• Household product recalls from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
• Food and drug recall information from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), plus drug shortages.
• Meat, poultry, and certain egg-product recalls and public health alerts from USDA's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS).
• Links to official notices so you can check affected models, package details, lots, dates, and instructions.

KEEP YOUR HOUSEHOLD DETAILS HANDY
• Save grocery names, brands, package codes, lots, and printed dates.
• Save household products by brand and model.
• Scan a grocery barcode to look up catalog information, then review it before saving.
• Check saved items for possible recall matches.
• Track a recall case with notes and your own progress. Your case status is separate from the agency's recall status.
• Sign in to access your saved items across devices.

OPTIONAL RECALL DESK PLUS
Plus adds receipt scanning and automatic checks for supported saved groceries and household products. You choose whether to save possible matches in the alert inbox and receive optional email alerts. Checks are queued about once an hour and may be delayed. Medicines and shortages are not automatically monitored. Android phone push notifications are not currently available.

Recall searches, official notices, barcode scanning, manual checks, and access to existing saved data remain free. Plus is available as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly Google Play subscription. Prices and billing periods are shown before you confirm. Manage or cancel renewal in Google Play subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Recall Desk account does not cancel a subscription.

CHECK THE NOTICE AND YOUR EXACT ITEM
Matches are suggestions, not confirmation that your item is recalled. Compare the exact product, model, package size, lot, and date with the official notice. Coverage is incomplete, source updates may be delayed, and no result or no alert is not an all-clear. Barcode catalogs and scanning can be inaccurate. Shortage information does not show stock at a particular pharmacy.
