Bad customer service. Company designed to make money out of technicalities. I was charged a full amount of over 500 euros for a car they never gave me. They considered my international license invalid according to them and told me to contact their customer service, which is only through email for refund requests. Moreover, they take 30 days to reply to your email. So i highy don't recommend this car rental service because they don't really care about providing you a service that they promise.

At Palma airport, I booked a Citroën C3 Air cross from Record go. Instead of a Citroën, I was given a Chinese non-name car in disrepair (unrepaired body damage after an accident). I refused to rent this car because... this is clearly not an analogue of the Citroën Air cross. I was not offered any other option. No one apologized to us.

Worst company to rent out car with. Please avoid on any cost. Don't fall for the low prices online. They will refuse you a car once you arrive to pick up. Had a really bad experience where I was stranded at Barcelona Airport, and they refused to give me a car despite having all documents and requirements. Had to book on higher price from Sixt and without any issues. Problem is they refused to refund the amount I have paid as well.
