I would love to use the app, but it refuses to let me use it unless I agree to the policies. I would agree if there was an option to accept them, but there isn't. I have tried everything from reinstalling the app to clearing out the storage completely. I've clicked every link in the new policies, yet there's no accept button in any of the links for me. The app refuses to let me use it even though I would like to agree to the policies.

It is next to impossible to get an appointment cause everyone is booked and if you do find one it is hard to work into a normal work schedule. Finally, got an appointment and then the app wouldn't let me join the video call for the appointment.

A disaster! I was receiving emails from Recur for a couple of years and decided to install and try it today. I reached the final step for an online appointment despite the Something went wrong messages several times, but it didn't let me finish it! Just uninstalled!

I called telling the doctor my main concern was my sore throat and fevers. They hyperfocused on me listing a headache. Began to prescribe medications for congestion. I am not congested I can breathe fine. My head only hurts from the fevers I mentioned. I am so frustrated. Waste of money.
