Terrible instructions and even worse is the ridiculous way in which you have to add in your date of birth. This company has to be the worst in reviewing the way in which you enter data - OMG ... terrible.

The app doesn't work for me at all, shows no one available to assist with a visit, and I called and was told sorry we do not have a tech person, so you can call back and see if someone else can help you

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had trying to find a provider or schedule an appointment. First things first, good luck finding a provider or getting an appointment. Even better than that, good luck getting someone to even answer the phone. They do the old "leave a message, and we'll call you back. This is supposed to be a legitimate medical practice but my experience over the last 6 months with this app and the people that support it has been so disappointing.

I would love to use the app, but it refuses to let me use it unless I agree to the policies. I would agree if there was an option to accept them, but there isn't. I have tried everything from reinstalling the app to clearing out the storage completely. I've clicked every link in the new policies, yet there's no accept button in any of the links for me. The app refuses to let me use it even though I would like to agree to the policies.
