Used this app for years but the sudden change of payment options for the Philippines has broken this. I can't even proceed with the debit cards and using e-wallet takes me to Maya login page instead (I use Gcash). Utterly useless. can't even book now using this app 😒

Verified by Red Planet hotels in writing that it is cheaper to book online and not by using their app. I was a loyal user but no longer.

No more (big) discounts when booking in-app, unlike when they were still new back in 2016 or so. Actually a bit cheaper to book in their site (or even cheaper at Agoda, etc.). In-stay mode/phone non-working. This app seems to have lost purpose.
