I really enjoy the Redfin app. It is so user-friendly, and no-nonsense. Just plug in what area, price range and number of bedrooms and baths that you are looking for, and Redfin will show you exactly what you are looking for. Also, Redfin will notify you, through texts or email when there is a price drop on a property that you have viewed !! Redfin is very straightforward. What a great tool !! ☺️

meh The app works great. My problem is with Redfin Themselves. I have never seen so many fake listings on one site, in just 1 week. Honestly Zillow or Trulia is better for house hunting.

Redfin Customer Feeds keep auto-expanding themselves to add properties from cities the customers have not selected, even though the customers have Redfin "Recommendations" turned Off, and have selected the option to have their Feed only show homes based on the customer's Saved Searches. CUSTOMERS DO NOT WANT REDFIN OVERRULING THEIR PERSONAL SELECTIONS! Redfin users have been complaining about this exact problem for years, but Redfin employees lack the intelligence, education & training to fix it

I can't express to you how many times these realtors just ghosted me or never contacted me at all They are unhelpful and their internal structures has to be disorganized. Or they just really don't want you to actually find a house The app itself is very nice, but if you need to actually look at houses you are better off going to a different place all together.
