The app makes it very convenient for me to read my assigned reading on the go, and the option to be read out loud helps me stay focused as I am listening and reading.

Using it for college books. It's hard because I'd love to listen to the audio part at work, but I can not lock my phone or the audio stops. 5 stars if I can listen with phone locked. That's my only issue so far. The audio reader is a little janky but works.

Ever since purchasing my first Red Shelf title through my school's online bookstore, I prefer to buy all my books from them whenever they have the title. It is most likely cheaper than the physical copy, weighs a lot less to carry, and I trust the author gets his/her royalty as he/she should. (This helps keep book prices reasonable).

Absolute garbage app. Traversing the textbook on your cell phone is awful; they made it way too complicated. If you are unlucky enough that your textbook is in PDF format, there are no personalization options (like dark mode). Zooming in on the text is next to impossible. Turning the page is also difficult because it takes 30+ seconds for the page to load, if it loads at all. I hate this app, but my school didn't give me any other option for specific textbooks. I'd rather have physical books.

Frustrating and time-wasting. It times you out almost immediately especially when you move to another app and the worst of all, you can't pick where you want to start your audio without the app forcing you to the beggining of the chapter, and sometimes you have to reinstall the app for it to work. Yes, it allows you to read the book despite these shortcomings but definitely, there is room for improvement
