Very bad, ordered something else they delivered wrong product, and when I ask to make replacement, they said as per your order summary, can't make replacement, when I asked them that is because of your app technical issues it showing in the summary, they are not replying asked to use it forcefully, even though the product is of no use to me. Very bad service re'quill very bad customer support you can't trust whether they provide you the correct product or not.

What a disgusting customer care service 1st of all they don't give any delivery date. I have ordered 2 face wash, but they send 1. I tried to reach out them in what's app chats, calls and raise ticket and even on Instagram, but they didn’t respond till now. This is not a good thing that you are taking money for 2 products and sending one product.
