Very bad, ordered something else they delivered wrong product, and when I ask to make replacement, they said as per your order summary, can't make replacement, when I asked them that is because of your app technical issues it showing in the summary, they are not replying asked to use it forcefully, even though the product is of no use to me. Very bad service re'quill very bad customer support you can't trust whether they provide you the correct product or not.

Their delivery & customer service are very bad. I've ordered 2 sunscreens & they said it will be delivered within 3–4 days, but it took whole 2 weeks & when I asked they said it was bcoz of delivery partner problem & my order will deliver today, but it didn't arrive & when I checked it showed consignee cancelled the order, but I haven't cancelled my order!! I also didn't get any calls from their delivery partner & when I contacted their customer service they said I'll have to order again!
