I am happy to give a review of our entire exp with Zintex Remodeling Group regarding our recent tub/shower remodel. The salesman was top-notch. Next, we were contacted by Dawn. She kept us up to date on the project status. The installation crew was fantastic. They were masters of their craft and worked late to complete the job. I would recommend them and hire them again. So far, the app is useless. Since I signed the contract for the work and the salesman encouraged me to download the app nothing has changed in the app. No updates on anything. I have only received one phone call from the company to confirm an installation date. That's all. So my two-star rating is for the app as well as the company. They bragged about how well they were going to communicate. Not happening.
