I want to personally thank the entire Venture SOLAR team for a job well done. From beginning to end they totally performed in a very professional manner. They put up with all my questions (and I had quite a few) because this was all completely new to me and the first time I entertained getting Solar panels on my home. They made me feel like I was a family member and suggested different options in obtaining the panels. They actually saved me some money by explaining more may not be better.

Update; new version fixed my issue. After the initial startup screen, it's been generating a blank white screen for at least a week now.

Well, I was hoping for better. Only have been using this a few days. So far the reliability of the solar Monitor is horrible. I will never load, or I have received messages stating" to many users are in use". Hmm, I see eleven reviews, I hope it is not overloaded with 12 users. Whatever, they need updates on this app. I have tried to be shown about 5 people this app and the features just pertaining to the E. Monitoring. Never loaded, so you can imagine there reactions... A ddress, or it is useless.

I offered to give them an opportunity to bid on a solar array on my roof. I was speaking to one of the company's principals when they dropped out of sight and calls were not returned! Bad business model!!!

It tells there's a new app and to install it. I install the new app, and it still tells me to install it. My 12-year-old son could vibe code a better mobile app
