This app was the best many many many years ago, but now it's the worst. They delay payments and when they do pay, they don't pay what is owed to us. I did my drinks diaries since December 2025 but only got paid R300 last month of which I was supposed to get paid R600. As I type this, I'm busy with another drinks' diary for April, and I'm drained; and I have already lost a day. I'm conflicted between deleting the app and continuing with it. Oh another thing, their support team is non existent....

They don't pay for surveys, completed a survey in March I've never been paid. They will tell you will only get paid when the survey closes.

Filled my 7 days diary and got a pay day survey then they postponed the pay day now they are saying i didn't finish 2 days drink diary. Their chat is there for nothing as they will never respond you. Useless app since KANTAR took over
