Exceedingly positive experience with this app/platform. As a regular online shopper processing returns, the process is easy including either downloading/printing labels or taking the QR codes provided to the post office for processing. Refunds arrive in your nominated account instantly - No delays, unlike manual refunds issued through the vendor which can take weeks!

Forced to download app and the pop-up window for "download label" doesn't even work.

I was forced to use Refund it by a well known womens clothing vendor I had used before. I didn't "choose" to use it. I was also forced to give refund it my personal ID details (driver's licence) and bank details. Yes, I was refunded the purchase price of the returned item, but not to the original payment method. Inconvenient and intrusive. And by the way, Refund it just offered me $10 to give them a good review.

Apps been installed but don't let me update. Nearly failed to return the item at Post Office with embarrassing moment because of the apps kept telling me needed the update version but couldn't do it. I was luckily able to via the website login and downloaded the label for the PO to scan the barcode. Please fix the whole apps, so ppl could uninstall and reinstall to use the new version. Please fix.

The refund isn't very fast. And keeps taking you around and around, and it's very frustrating. I won't shop here again.

I downloaded the app to retrieve a QR code for a return I had submitted. I tried to download the code at least a dozen times but the interface repeatedly glitched and would not display the barcode. I ended up just screenshotting the code via a roundabout method and not using the app at all. I immediately uninstalled the refundid app after this. 1 star.
