Very impressed with this platform. My refund was instant. It takes a lot of frustration out of returning products and then waiting for the retailer to physically receive the returned items before issuing a refund which can take days.

Trying to download the returns label causes the app to infinitely loop without displaying the qr code. Taping the screen flashes it for a fraction of a second, but ends the loop. There's no way to get the label to display.

Will unsubscribe and uninstall if the return is ever processed, so I don't get charged the $4 a month. It is also a very fiddly app, it not listing the store you need to get the refund from, so you have to exit the app and start again to be able to find your return history. The only good thing is the instant refund.

I downloaded the app to retrieve a QR code for a return I had submitted. I tried to download the code at least a dozen times but the interface repeatedly glitched and would not display the barcode. I ended up just screenshotting the code via a roundabout method and not using the app at all. I immediately uninstalled the refundid app after this. 1 star.

Apps been installed but don't let me update. Nearly failed to return the item at Post Office with embarrassing moment because of the apps kept telling me needed the update version but couldn't do it. I was luckily able to via the website login and downloaded the label for the PO to scan the barcode. Please fix the whole apps, so ppl could uninstall and reinstall to use the new version. Please fix.
