They don't tell you what version of a phone you order, e.g. Global or China version?

Great prices and products. The 12 months warranty is a breather.

I've purchased a couple of phones and laptops from refurbed. The items have been great quality. Customer service is excellent. A trustworthy company in my experience.

CONTRACT ANNULMENT REFUSED. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Product NEVER delivered, TRACKING BLOCKED, violating the purchase contract. Refurbed/seller flatly refused the request for contract annulment/cancellation and refund OR any interest in finding an alternative solution. They showed total disinterest and zero accountability. I was forced to secure the full amount via a BANK CHARGEBACK initiation. No buyer protection offered for non-delivery. Avoid this marketplace.

They kept my money even after they received back their product that was not as they described, unfortunately I thought this was a trustworthy company otherwise I wouldn't buy $1000 stuff and risked getting both the money and product gone

Don't be misled by the 12-month warranty, my camera had stopped working randomly after a software update, and they refuse to repair it even though I am in the warranty period. They keep saying physical damage isn't covered when it clearly wasn't. The customer support also takes around 3 days to respond, and the response is just the same as the previous message while ignoring the message you sent. I think they do this to avoid having to resolve the issue. Very frustrating to deal with
