Mostly functional. Can't leave the app while in support chat, or it will crash, but what do you expect from an app for your health insurance company. Lots of good info & resources without needing to call, like cost & coverage estimates

It works but poorly. The chat text boxes don't move up, so you can see what you are typing. It's slow as hell. The fingerprint login doesn't even have the right icon. Just use their website.

STUPID APP! WHY DOES THE APP LOG ME OUT WHEN I NAVIGATE TO A DIFFERENT APP? WHY Can't I TAKE A SCREENSHOT WHILE IN THE APP? There was limited to no info on the rating of a doctor in the app. I opened Google, found ratings I was looking for, went back to the Regency app, and was logged out! I then tried to take a screenshot of two doctors' names knowing I would get logged out and have to navigate to the search and filter info again. Can't screenshot! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING and NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!

As with so many, I'm unable to even login. I can log in on RGA's website, but the app won't accept my login info no matter what I do. It's a shame such a large health care provider can't invest the time and money to fix their own app.
