Mostly functional. Can't leave the app while in support chat, or it will crash, but what do you expect from an app for your health insurance company. Lots of good info & resources without needing to call, like cost & coverage estimates

It works but poorly. The chat text boxes don't move up, so you can see what you are typing. It's slow as hell. The fingerprint login doesn't even have the right icon. Just use their website.

Completely worthless app. Can't even login. Always says, "Something went wrong." I was able to log in when I first installed the app but hasn't worked since then. I don't understand how companies can design an app with nothing but negative reviews and not bother to fix it. I think Regency just wanted to be able to say, "we have an app." It doesn't work in any way, shape, or form but," we have an app." UNINSTALLED!
