I have been using this app for the past month with nsuns 531 and have been enjoying it for the most part. The main issues I've had is when adding exercises for the accessory movements. I sometimes need to add the exercises multiple times for them to stick or need to exit and re-enter the workout. I've also been losing progress on sets when adding these accessories. Overall these are bug fixes that would make me want to keep using this app as I do really enjoy the structure and especially the layout of the plate calculator. Some improvements I might suggest would be to allow us to set our available weights for the plate calculator, and a pause button for the workout timer. I usually do half my workout on my lunch break and the other half after work and would love the ability to pause my workout. Also, a way to edit your workout after submission as it's frustrating to lose a record of my sets after a bug caused them not all to be recorded. Overall keep up the good work! This is by far my favorite workout app on the play store and could be perfect with a little improvement.

Makes it so much easier to track programs, and good programs at that. Thank you.

Great! This app is awesome for strong curves, but I wish there was an option to pause and resume the workouts they are pretty long and I like to do half of it in the morning and the other half after work.

UPDATE, 4-7-18 Finished one of the preloaded programs and wanted to switch to another. Started to load it on my phone, and it goes back to that never ending loading screen. PLEASE FIX THIS BUG!!!! I found this app through Reddit as a recommendation for a strength training program I'm doing. The program is one of the many preloaded onto the app. Between week one and two the app just stops working, it gets stuck on the loading screen. It takes maybe another week for it to fix. I really do like this app for the ease and simplicity of it, but with the loading problem and other bugs, (videos will stop playing or close), is super annoying. I will however continue to use this app because they can be overlooked and hopefully will be fixed!

This used to be an amazing app. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. App keeps crashing and nothing is loading properly... Oh well. It was good while it lasted

I can't recommend this app, because the developer wasn't transparent about collecting the user's data. I found out about it in the Medium article titled, "Analyzing weight-training data from thousands of Regime users." While the developer states, "Regime takes user privacy seriously. All data used for analysis is completely anonymized" it's better to have a clear opt-in or opt-out.
