Regions Bank is the best bank in town I've been banking there for now over 20 years there's never been a problem maybe a couple issues that they solved within 5 to 7 days and made me whole I would recommend Regions Bank to anyone because their representatives are kind friendly and know exactly how to help you so start banking at regions I did many years ago, and I am happy with my investor And I am happy with all the employees that I meet at all the regions banks that I go to and that's good word

I've been screwed with regions for years, and now they fully canceled our account, right as I get a paycheck into the account. I don't even have a regions bank in less than 100 miles from where I live. They have once again made our lives a living hell, hope someone sees this before they make the mistake of getting an account with them.

Why, in 2026, can I not pay my credit card bill from an external bank account through the app??? This has caused my payments to be late 3 months in a row, because I have to log in through the regions' website on my PC to schedule the payment. Absurd.

The banking app isn't a problem. I just got my new debit card and am I having trouble adding it to my Google wallet, and I reached out to support, and they tried telling me it was my phone plan or phone issues (doesn't make a lot of sense) and reached out to them the past hour, but computers are updating and tech are working on it. I've tried EVERYTHING but can't get it on my wallet...
