I have been with Regions for over 10 years and 2 different States have never been sorry. I just wish the Branch was closer to my home location. I live in Coastal Ga but my bank is in Fernanda Florida! Both the Knoxville & Fernanda branches are excellent; Banker Manning is superb, very helpful, professional regardless of the issue.

New App is terrible Go back to old Faithful or I will go to a new Bank. I depend on The Regions Bank app for all payments and deposits! NOW I am not able to do anything!

OG COMMENT: would REALLY love to be able to add the memo for pending transactions, so I can do it while I'm actively thinking about it. Deducting 1 star for that sole reason. Original comment is 11/24/24. **removed star in 08/2025 for same reason -- 07/2026 removing another star because I still can't add a memo to internal transfers.

The atm teller outside the Clearwater location has issues. Nearly regardless of how good the notes are, it's impossible to make a deposit.

When it works it's fine. Right now, the password that works on my current phone doesn't work on the new phone. Bank tells me I need to buy a new phone, but it won't let me use one. Every time they feel the need to make changes to their apps the customer is the one that suffers.
