I have been with Regions for over 10 years and 2 different States have never been sorry. I just wish the Branch was closer to my home location. I live in Coastal Ga but my bank is in Fernanda Florida! Both the Knoxville & Fernanda branches are excellent; Banker Manning is superb, very helpful, professional regardless of the issue.

The app is easy to use, with intuitive layouts and simple controls. Added security features allow old devices to be removed. Ledgers are clear and transparent, transfers are lightning fast. Not all pending autopayments show up, only after posted. Early Pay feature rarely honored by Regions systems, despite federal regulations for employee and Social Security checks. Set expectations low, you won't be disappointed.

Why, in 2026, can I not pay my credit card bill from an external bank account through the app??? This has caused my payments to be late 3 months in a row, because I have to log in through the regions' website on my PC to schedule the payment. Absurd.

When it works it's fine. Right now, the password that works on my current phone doesn't work on the new phone. Bank tells me I need to buy a new phone, but it won't let me use one. Every time they feel the need to make changes to their apps the customer is the one that suffers.

I've been screwed with regions for years, and now they fully canceled our account, right as I get a paycheck into the account. I don't even have a regions bank in less than 100 miles from where I live. They have once again made our lives a living hell, hope someone sees this before they make the mistake of getting an account with them.
