Been on relay 18 month. Makes me wonder about what all these drivers are complaing about, drivers that's a laugh. The app ain't the best but what courier app is I've done them all in last 20 years. For all the complainers you should have workd harder at school if you went at all. The same group of people seem to have the same type of issues MMM. There's always uber lmao. I have 1 issue. It could be just my phone; the navigation bar covers the capture button when taking photos. Hence, sometimes makes me press the home button rather than press capture to take a photo. Like the cancellation page of this app's photos in Play Store. So, what I would recommend to the developers is either disable full Screen or move the capture button a little bit up. The best thing is to disable edge to edge mode. So, the bottom edge ends just above the navigation bar.

The app and the company are a nightmare to deal with, the app doesn't have networked coverage even though your signal is perfect. Very low pay, 57 drops for £36. Very unfair company to work for and who ever does their routes, you must like working for no financial gain. Parcel missing, then they won't reply on chat, they have no phone number for help and support, your literally left stranded not knowing what to do. Pay for these routes should be at least £70 minimum!

They lure you with £1.15/ parcel then they "offer" an outstanding £0.58 with a "flexible route start" of right away if not they cancel your route to impact your status. Stay away/stay clear!

App is slow and keeps bugging. Everytime they update the app, you get a new bug the company relay itself is very poor. They don't responde to inquiries, however they are quick to responde when they complain about missing parcels and when customers say they did not receive their parcel, but you could clearly show them proof of parcel bein delivered to the address.
