The Reliant app is efficient. I am able to log in when needed to make changes to makes/models of cars, renew parking permits and get guest passes with ease. Anytime I have used the chat options it worked well, if it was down or unable to answer my question, I received an email within a couple of days. I am pleased with the app.

By far the worst parking app ever and support is absolutely pitiful. Everything is your fault. No one will help you. They will deny your renewal just to mess with you. Charge you 25 USD for a policy your apartment complex put in place. They make the permit expire yearly, so they can charge you 25 USD a year for a 50 cent peace of plastic. Their app wasn't working at all for a long time. Why do you need permission to my phone and record audio for me to upload an image? This app is super ske

Can't log into the app, even after a password reset. Can't extend an existing permit, must create a new one. And you have to print the permit and put it in your window, so you'll need a printer for handy if you have regular guests. This is the stuff you wish you knew before you signed the lease.

Predatory company at it's finest and refuses to take responsibility. They hire the towing company but say they just issue the permits. Shifting responsibility to the companies they hired.
