Your service is good, but sometimes we are unable to deliver through the mentioned bank branches. You ask the recipient for another bank account. Especially in Ethiopia. Make us use all the banks you mentioned. Thank you.

The HMRC need to get involved with this platform so much going on. Back in 2023 I made 2 different trans, one of them arrived, but the other one didn't until I reach them after 2 weeks. January 2026 I send £600 equivalent to 137k birr which they deposit half the money, I've receipts. 03/03/2026 I made 2 trans to two different account one of them arrived which was £1326 and the £1000 to other account trying to make me forget, I'm currently disputing with my bank. They keep saying today, but never.
