★★★★☆ Bryan Wolfford · Oct 11, 2026

Great to claw back money that would otherwise be lost. I just wish more receipts were accepted first try without so much back-and-forth required of me.

★★★★★ Charles Brooks · Aug 9, 2026

Excellent application, I've recouped over a 1000 euro in purchases thanks to this app and only have to utilize one VAT form per month for purchases less than 250 euro!

★★★★★ Jordan Stallworth (CrippleLegCrazy) · Aug 18, 2026

Best for getting VAT back in OCO NUS location that allows it.

★★★★★ SlepRock · Sep 18, 2026

Great App... wish I had it years ago!!!

★☆☆☆☆ Keisha C · Jul 20, 2026

You will come out better using the actual VAT form for anything over €100. I swear they come up with ways to not reimburse you. As if they're not robbing us in the first place.

★☆☆☆☆ Em Ewe · Aug 27, 2026

Getting worse by the day. Any crease, fold, crinkle, or slight discoloration, and you get accused of fraud with no proof. I understand they have to be strict and follow tax law, but it seems like they'll use any excuse to deny a claim and block access without evidence. If you try to refute, they block you. If you ask questions, they block you. It's gotten to the point that it's a waste to use the VAT form.

★☆☆☆☆ Jennifer Lara · Apr 19, 2026

Terrible application. Most of my receipts are never accepted, and customer service is a joke. I do not think it is worth the money to purchase a vat form to utilize the application if it is so unhelpful.

★★☆☆☆ J · Aug 8, 2026

They nitpick every single upload and make it almost impossible to get VAT back if you order anything online. They also charge a ridiculous amount for each receipt. Just another sweetheart deal that military members have to put up with because there are no other options.
