My wife and I purchased a subscription for December, and the app mistakenly charged us again for January. After my first complaint, they refunded the payment, but the refund was about 10 euros less due to currency conversion from PLN to EUR. I understand that the difference is caused by conversion, but nobody even apologized for the 10-euro loss that happened because of their mistake.

Errors, errors, errors. Can't do anything, tried to pay for the monthly ticket with all my cards I have, nothing works. "An unexpected error occurred while processing your request: Unexpected error while creating credit card payment".

I am visiting Germany, this app always states that it has no access to data when I am on either data or Wi-Fi. It will not let me log out, so I have to uninstall then reinstall to log in. Finally, between this app and three other apps for the monthly pass every German app for the train system appears to be down every single year because I keep getting the "service is currently unavailable" messages every single year on every phone I have had. Annoying, will rent a car from now on

Super buggy. Lots of work if you pause or unsubscribe. For example: It's October 2nd today and I can't buy an October ticket, only November and December.
