As a new international student from India, I want to say a big thanks to the Ticket Plus+ team! The support team, especially Lara, was extremely kind and helpful when I faced an issue with my subscription. They went out of their way to resolve my problem, which really made me feel welcomed in Germany. Ticket Plus+ is one of the very few apps that accepts Indian debit cards. My wife and I purchased a subscription for December, and the app mistakenly charged us again for January. After my first complaint, they refunded the payment, but the refund was about 10 euros less due to currency conversion from PLN to EUR. I understand that the difference is caused by conversion, but nobody even apologized for the 10-euro loss that happened because of their mistake.

Errors, errors, errors. Can't do anything, tried to pay for the monthly ticket with all my cards I have, nothing works. "An unexpected error occurred while processing your request: Unexpected error while creating credit card payment".

Super buggy. Lots of work if you pause or unsubscribe. For example: It's October 2nd today and I can't buy an October ticket, only November and December.
