App has been working great for 1 year with a small hiccup 2 days ago when buying a new D-ticket subscription after my credit card expired (email field on buying confirmation wasn't being filled, and I couldn't finalize the operation). All it needed was a reinstallation and the issue went away. As a final note: great job with adding offline ticket viewing a couple of months ago as that was my only problem with the app.

Good evening, I have a Deutschland Ticket. Recently, I added a second credit card to the "Means of Payment" section. I would like to delete the first credit card, but the System shows an error: "Error. The payment method cannot be deleted as there may still be outstanding payments. Please try again later." How can I delete the first linked credit card? Update: Yes, thanks, it works - I've cancelled my subscription and deleted my first linked credit card

Still a horrendous app. Various core functions are implemented badly: 1. App is not able to recommend connections where changing trains is efficient and quick. S2 to U4 at Hauptbahnhof instead Karlsplatz 2. Registered payment method in Ticket shop is not available in Swipe 3. Registering a payment method in Swipe doesn't work when banks or PayPal request 2-factor authentication - Swipe just resets without completing the transaction. This worked fine for the Ticket shop module.

Impossible to add a payment method! Some business you're running, when people can't even pay you! The irony is German! 😂 The app is laggy and not responsive. When I try to add SEPA payment it keeps "redirecting" for an unknown period of time. When I try to add a credit card, it freezes right after I switch to my bank app to confirm the 0.00 Eur payment.

Do not buy tickets through this app. Multiple times I've bought a ticket, the payment has gone through, and then the app says "An error has occurred" and doesn't give me the ticket in the app, so I have to buy another one.

Worst ever app! My profile was logged off, I was not able to log in even after entering correct password. I took 30 min after multiple retry and multiple reinstallation I was able to log in with same old password. Pathetic part is I didn't even get password reset email. I couldn't show my Deutschland ticket to the inspection guy in time. I had to pay 7 euros fine.
