★★★★★ RCA tv useable from Samsung S4 w/ IR Blaster built in. Just pick the picture of your RCA tv remote, then try to control it. I had to go through "next one" about 6 times before I confirmed the cellphone was controlling my volume, on/off, etc. (This won't work in new S10e cuz Samsung dropped the IR equipment, so literally cannot work! S6 and prior work.)
