This remote worked periodically at first. I had to keep restarting phone for that to happen. I reinstalled the remote and paid but nothing happens. How can I get a refund? The first install was on March 26 and paid for the year. Second install less than 3 hours ago, and I paid for the year. How do I contact you for a refund or should I contact my bank.
