The volume doesn't work in, I have the volume really high, and I'm trying to turn it down, but it is not working. I hate this app.

I took a chance and went for the full year subscription. And was going to cancel before the free trial ended, but they jumped the gun and charged me. Never works right and Roku will give u one off there app for free. there's doesn't do sound or turn off ur tv. but not this one won't either. I have it till next Feb. don't choose this one it's a sham and a scam. It will connect till u decide to pay for it, them stops working. I've tried to contact help desk. 🦗🦗🦗
