The Remote EX for NISSAN allows you to activate several accessories from your car remotely. You can turn on the head lights, sound the horn and lock/unlock doors without touching your car keys.

Commands marked with (*) are available through in-app purchases.
*PLEASE NOTE* that other NISSAN models may be supported, but the plugin was tested only on the following models:
Remote EX can also be used with the latest version of Torque Pro.
Installation -------------------
1) After purchasing the application on Google Play, make sure that you see it listed on your Android device installed applications list.
2) Launch the app directly from your device or through Torque Pro by clicking on the app icon
3) Select your car model on the MODEL tab and confirm
4) The app will display the available functions for your car on the COMMANDS tab
5) Commands displayed in GREEN are available to be used immediately while commands in GRAY are available through in-app purchases
6) Scroll to the STORE tab to check all the available commands for sale
7) Purchased commands are automatically added to the available command list and it is managed by Google Play, being available on all mobile devices linked to your Google account.
If using the plugin from Torque, make sure that you also:
1) Go to Torque Pro "Settings"
2) Make sure that you can see the plugin listed also on Torque Pro by clicking "Settings" > "Plugins"> "Installed Plugins".
3) Mark the "Allow plugins full access" box, since Remote EX needs access to the OBD adapter.

Worked way better than I expected. I have a cheap 30 dollar obd, and I bought just about every command for my 13 altima. Every command works and on time. I'm the only guy I know that can turn his wipers on with his phone. I'll admit I did have fun freaking out the morning joggers.

Excellent app can't believe it actually exists and works, however when I
want to use it through torque pro it wouldn't connect because torque pro is
already connected to it. So I have to exit torque pro and the run this app
for it to work. Btw using it on a 2013 Nissan Maxima

Juke 1.6 Dig-Tekna 2013... finally it worked! All the purchased commands worked. Am yet to buy the boot unlock, door lock/unlock, alarm siren and parking locator (not sure what this is for). Great app indeed. How did it work after all the trials over 2 years? Well instead of opening plugin through Torque Pro, I opened the app itself. I went to options and selected the adapter. Then the lock button turned green and all worked. If you use Torque Pro there seems to be a conflict with the use of the adapter (sharing violation somehow). So... use the app as standalone and it works fine.

Works but costs extra This app definitely works for my 2012 nissan versa hatchback with the mr18de manual transmission. My only complaint is that to unlock anything you have to make in-app purchases. Most reviews that complain about it not working are likely because the Bluetooth adapter being used is not able to issue commands. The other reason it may not work is that in modern vehicles the CAN Bus can have a primitive for of security making commands unavailable through the standard obd2 port. I recommend this app.

Overall disappointing the app is a great idea. However it's just a poor design and layout. It does specify commands are in-app purchases, so I buy some commands, and they only work for ONE vehicle. I have 3 Nissan's and bought command, and it only works for the vehicle I bought it under. That's pretty cheap, I purchase a command the command should be available on all Nissan's this app is compatible with. (I don't think it specified that you can purchase a vehicle specific command)

Ahhh not so good. Has quite working all together ***** Ok first it does 'work' on our 2nd gen Terra. BUT, it does each command 3 times and about 20+ seconds later. Really not useful for anything.
