I'm sure the app works, I didn't even get to using it because I was taken to the payment screen. There is absolutely no way people should have to pay 15 pounds a WEEK to use this app. Insane pricing hoping to prey on people who are rushing through the setup and click the 3-day free trial. It looks like a replacement remote is 4 pounds online. Shame on whoever set the pricing to 60 pounds a month.

Who in their right mind would pay $15 A WEEK for an app remote??? Y'all are nuts.

Do not get app doesn't work and even better than you won't find anywhere to unsubscribe it's all a trick they pull you in with the promise of free three day trial then you give card info app don't work and your stuck nowhere to unsubscribe. Do not fall for it's ok so I turned my card on before they asked me for card number and turned card off again right after so seeing my review and me asking to be unsubscribed in many places I'm also contacting my card company it's fraud beaten
