App will not connect. I log in, and as soon as I connect, it disconnects me and then minimizes the app. I never had this issue with the BSM app. Please fix. I have multiple sites that I use this with. Thank you in advance Update : It appears the issues that I was having have been resolved, and the apps is working great. Thank you

The app finally fixed after two years of calling tech support to fix the bug, and they came out with the latest firmware. 3.15.110, which fixed the issue of the cloud going offline.

When you enter a duplicate passcode it tells you invalid data rather than telling you that you have entered a duplicate passcode... please fix this my users freak out when they can't add somebody...

I was able to log in and go all the way to put in my passcode. When it begins to connect to the panel and starts retrieving it just goes blank and disappears completely. This is very disappointing.

Terrible app. You have to completely close the app each time you use it or else you get an error and cannot access your alarm system. Also, the login is slow due to you having to log in with email and passcode. When adding users, I get an error more times than not. For such a well-known company, they should be ashamed to offer such a terrible app. Wish I could give this -5 stars.

Terrible for years now. What is Bosch thinking? This app works about 25 percent of the time, despite proper configuration.
