Had a really good connection for the past 3 years, and the quality is great, but I woke up to check my cameras this morning and keep getting error code 9995. Do you have any idea how to fix this? Rubbish the camera keeps shutting off there is nothing wrong with the main camera or devices but the app keeps shutting down and says device is turned off even when they are on

I'm not getting any notifications to my phone. I was get notifications to say alarm has been set or unset and the intruder alarm has been activated. But now I'm getting no notifications at all

App was working fine, but was installed along with cameras and alarm by a third party. Due to a change in Internet provider and unable to get any response from third party installer the app is off-line, and unable to login. The system is working still but of no use to view whilst away from home.
