I do love this app better than teamcantviewwell. It works well but yesterday all my computers just disappeared. Like I removed them, but I didn't, at least not knowingly. It's not a huge issue with <10 computers but still each ID and pass has to be re-added again, and I don't know why. I thought recent app update but nope. Perhaps a safeguard to prevent this issue would be useful just in case.

By far the best remote access app for multiple operating systems. Runs faster than Legman, and great that host and viewer apps are separate installations.

I had an issue with the mouse pointer being invisible. That was because I didn't have a physical mouse attached to the host. Turning on 'mouse keys' in the Windows settings on the host fixed the issue. It is not as refined as their desktop client, but it is more than adequate. Excited to see future improvements.

I want to connect mobile to mobile for seeing my kids what they are doing in mobile, and I cant see any host file in it. Only this is viewer.

I guess in their forced effort to move free accounts to v7, while allowing paid accounts from v6 to continue, that did not include the Android app. Can no longer connect to anything with this app.

I have not yet been able to connect to a server unlike the desktop version. I see nowhere to put in a password other than when I try to connect. However, I can't select the box to put the password in. Unusable.
