My debit card got hacked a few weeks ago and a couple of the ladies at my local branch told me about this app and how it worked, so I downloaded it when I got my new debit card in the mail. I like how it alerts me when a new purchase is made and the location feature the most and how my card won't work unless my location matches up. It seems like it will be a useful app and will hopefully prevent this sorta thing from happening to me again in the future.

I'm unable to lock/unlock my card. All it does is take me to my bank app and there is no longer an option to get into the card app. Customer service had to unlock my card. I was told a new app is coming out, but that didn't help with not having the ability to lock my card. There was no warning or nothing. The app just took away all options of protection.

It used to work perfectly now it won't log into the app any more it will just transfer to the renasant bank app and stay on the section and when I click back to go to the card app it switches back over to the bank app. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled, and it's still doing that.

App does not work. It does not allow me to log in. When I enter my credentials it goes straight to the banking app and when I click on the Card App section it just spins. Unable to control my card or turn it off since I misplaced it without calling the bank. Not sure why this feature has to be contained in a separate app instead of being built into the main app like most banks.
