I can't just sign in. It has to try to sign in, and then give me an error message so that I can type my password. Mobile check deposit has been more problematic than a solution. The app is also very slow.

Doesn't let me log in. Very inconvenient for a business. The bank is great, especially the employees. I give them 5 stars. This app is terrible. I have had it for about 7 months.

This app may be good for personal banking, however, I use it for my business and see a couple of issues, if corrected would make it more user or business friendly. First off, I quite often find deposits that do not belong on our account one day and tomorrow its gone. Makes no sense. I waste time looking for a mistake in our books. Second I use the mobile deposit feature when I don't have time for a trip to the bank. Sometimes this means depositing multiple checks. It would be nice to see my checks totaled rather than having to record multiple deposits. This app requires thirteen clicks not including typing in the amount of the check just to get it accepted and this is only if the app does not find an issue with the check, such as not being able to see the endorsement. Out of twelve checks this morning, only two made it through without having a problem that required me to back up, take another picture and try again, all while using the black background that the app owner says to use.
