I have banked with southern bank since it was originally Bank of Saris. I worked there 32 years. My mother went to work for them in 1956, later became vice-president and retired on 1993. She also served on the board of directors until her death in 2012. My go-to people for help are Sean Conner, Yvonne Tobias and especially Patricia Conner.

I can't save my signin info, so I have to change my password every time I try to sign in.

Worst mobile banking I've ever used. And customers service is a complete joke.

Can't use biometrics to login. I also get a message stating authentication required every time I log in.
