Each exercise uses calibrated angle thresholds and a smart state machine for accurate counting — no false positives, no missed reps.
DAILY CHALLENGES A new challenge appears every day with a target exercise and rep count at easy, medium, or hard difficulty. Complete it to build your challenge streak.
